Greetings and welcome to the official website and virtual home of the Leavenworth Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. On behalf of the dedicated women of our “small but mighty chapter” I am honored to serve as the 23rd President as we continue our legacy of providing quality community service and programming in Leavenworth County.

 

Since our Chapter’s chartering on April 30, 1989 by 12 dynamic women, we have remained faithful and committed to our beloved Sorority’s ideals of Sisterhood, Scholarship and Service.

 

We are unwavering in our commitment to impactful community-based program, projects and events through our Five-Point Programmatic Thrust in the areas of:

 

• Economic Development

• Educational Development

• International Awareness and Involvement

• Physical and Mental Health

• Political Awareness and Involvement

 

We thank our supportive and generous community who have worked hand-in-hand with us for more than 30 years.
